Affordable living space is scarce in the tourist community of Bad Mitterndorf. There are potential space resources in the municipality that could offer a solution to this problem. These are vacant individual apartments or rooms that were formerly used as so-called bed and breakfasts or guest rooms used for tourists. Often there is a lack of perspective on the potential of these rooms as there are no ideas of what could be possible. Thje municipality is convinced that in order to show the potential, concrete proposals and development possibilities are needed. In this way advantages can be recognized and possibly a rethinking and action can be initiated.
