A RURASMUS semester, like an ERASMUS semester, is compensated with 30 ECTS. The program
is not yet(!) an official EU program. Therefore universities/universities/universities of applied sciences must check individually the options for an implementation within the framework of existing curricula. Within the existing structures there could be for example the following options:

As a teacher, are you enthusiastic about the idea of having students, as part of their curricula, immerse themselves in rural areas, conduct field research, develop projects through contact with affected people and develop them further in an iterative process? In the opinion of RURASMUS, the confrontation with urgent issues and challenges of rural areas can and should be a (new) focal point in university teaching. Let us consider together which forms of cooperation are necessary and possible for this.
